• An overwhelming 72% of renter's say that homeownership is a TOP PRIORITY
• The NAR 2011 National Housing Poll Survey revealed that home ownership and access to it are on the minds of renters.
• Despite the economic setbacks NAR reports that there is still a strong aspiration to own a home especially with such low interest rates.

Why does homeownership matter to most Americans?  Americans said that equity and safety/stability are the top reasons to own.

Credit and securing a down payment/closing costs are what remain as the main obstacles for many trying to purchase a home so save what you can and keep an eye on your credit!
