Hey Everyone,

In rates this week the 30 year fixed rate is averaging 4.51%, up slightly from the week before.

The 15 year fixed is unchanged from the week before at 3.69%

However, for adjustable rates, they're down.  For the 1 year Treasury Indexed Adjustable Rate is averaging 2.97%.

Although those fixed rates are up slightly it is still not too late to take advantage of fantastic rates.  Check with your broker today!
