Hey All,

Aside from the fact that housing affordability is at a record high along with all time low mortgage rates there is more good news.  Connecticut's closing costs average are among the lowest in the nation.

To give you an idea of what the average was:  avg. closing costs on a $200,000 home in CT = $3843.

Consider these numbers when it comes time to closing.  Remember, these are separate from your down payment).  However, note that many buyers are asking the seller to absorb some (if not all) when buying.
