Hey Everyone-

After consistent reports of bad news in today's housing market, there may be some light at the end of the tunnel.

Benefiting both buyers and sellers, according to the latest reports home values continue to decrease, but not at the rate they were this time last year.  Although home prices are at an all time low (benefiting buyers), if the prices are to plateau, sellers could finally see some relief on their side. 

In order for this market to bounce back smaller rates of foreclosures and improving employment will, in turn, help bring the housing market back to health and good standing.
