Tim D. here from Sgi Realty One.  I wanted to jot down a few notes about our exciting and easy way to take advantage of our cash back offer you can review here

In a nut shell here is what we offer and why.

We have the ability to offer 1.5-2.0% of the purchase price of your home BACK TO YOU upon closing (1.5% back to you for an existing home and 2.0% back to you for new construction home).  We can do this because we are taking less of our commission (as your buyer broker) and giving some to you.  Basically, in the real estate world a certain percentage (normally 5% to 6%) is given to the agent when the home is sold.  In most cases, that is split if the buyer broker is brought to the listing agent.  So we take our 2.5% to 3% and give you your share upon closing!  Its that easy!

Here is an example:

Purchase Price:  $200,000

Commission: 6% (3% to listing agent and 3% to buyer agent)

Math:  $200,000 X .06 = $12,000 / 2 = $6,000 to each agent

To You:  Of our 3% ($6,000) you get:

1.5% ($3,000)

OR

2.0% ($4,000)
